Seven years of work. Tested on his own body first.
I started training at sixteen. By eighteen, I was sponsored by MyProtein, Fast&Up, Naturaltein and a handful of others, with a physique-led following crossing one million reach. At the same age I'd pulled a 235 kg deadlift, 200 kg squat, and 130 kg bench. I now compete at the national level in armwrestling.
But lifts were never the point. The experiment was.
For seven years I've used my own body as the laboratory. Over a hundred protocols tested across hormone optimization, preventive healthcare, sleep architecture, breath, nutrition, recovery, and polarity work. Thirty-plus books read on masculinity and clinical performance. Five ebooks published that have helped over a hundred men begin the work. Currently studying preventive healthcare, clinical nutrition, and periodization formally.
Most coaches teach what they've read. I teach what I've lived. Every protocol I prescribe, I've first run on myself.
This is why my practice is private, not public. Why I work with five men a month, not five hundred. And why every program is built from the ground up for the body, the goals, and the season of life of the one man in front of me.
